Way of Working

The key requirements in our work are speed, quality and reliability. No matter how large or small the order, we always establish personal contact with you first.

This ensures that we know exactly what you want, expect or need.
You in turn know what we can offer: a carefully produced, high-quality translation, delivered on time.

No matter what the language or the situation, at HSM you will always have the same, regular contact person. This prevents any misunderstandings and ensures that your work file is always kept complete and up to date.

Accurate

The number one priority for any translation is accuracy. The translated work must, of course, be grammatically correct, and a good translation also requires a thorough knowledge of the technical jargon employed.

For the finishing touch, we always take into account the culture of the target country.

Reliable
The translators who work for HSM Vertaalbureau are all members of professional associations, for example, in the Netherlands, the Nederlands Genootschap voor Tolken en Vertalers (NGTV), or the national association for their profession in their country of origin. Many are registered with the Rbtv, the Dutch register for sworn interpreters and translators. Registration requires them to swear an oath before the courts according to which they guarantee confidentiality and swear to translate truthfully.
